Sofia has an adoration for wine, cocktails, and music (who doesn't?). Taking inspiration from her travels, life experiences, and people she's met, and curating perfectly on brand wine and cocktail menus is something she thoroughly enjoys doing. These interests peeked when she moved from Calgary Canada to New York City , trading in Labbat Blues for Chopin Martinis. The world of exceptional food and beverage opened up and she has never looked back after becoming the Executive Beverage Director for Vinyl Restaurants.

She loves talking about wines table side to everyone that will listen, and picking that memorable bottle for your evening out on the town. 

When she's not doting on her sons, respectively the future CFO AND CEO of Vinyl Restaurants, you can catch her doing just about everything else in the restaurant, that is if you can indeed catch her.
