A kid from Akron, Ohio with big dreams and even bigger ambition. Kevin moved to New York with one goal and one goal only. To start the restaurant group he dreamed of, and to make fine dining exciting while still holding the standards to the highest degree.

By following his dads old adage "good luck follows hard work" he indeed worked hard, and opened his first successful restaurant Vinyl Steakhouse in 2022.  In 2024 Kevin & Company signed a lease on the beautiful two floor space located at 31 West 17th St. only 2 blocks away with a vision to bring Italian inspiration to chophouse cuisine. Of course with another industry busting approach of non pretentious service, no bowties or tablecloths and a posh, swanky modern setting to match the diverse LP Record  selections of predominately rock, funk, Italian disco & iconic voices on this stunning K-Array custom made italian speaker system.

To know him is to love him. To work (and learn) for him, well that's just something you got to ask the long line of people who've been fortunate enough to be able to do that in their careers.
